The Yin And Yang Of Cash Gifting

Cash gifting is an interesting form of money marketing found on the internet. There are dozens of websites with either a love or hate bias. It is up to you to decide which side of the coin is the accurate one. Cash gifting is based upon an IRS code created in the 1980s that explains how to and the legality of cash gifting. It is completely legal if done under the correct premises. Based on the information and history of gifting, it started as a way for people to gift family members of friends without being taxed and groups of people took advantage of it to make money and create pyramid schemes. Since then there have been many successful gifting programs and may fraudulent ones created.

The deal with cash gifting groups is that each person gifts a specific amount and expects to get more back, but the inflow of cash is consistent per person so there is never a surplus of cash to give back to each person. Unless there is a someone who gifts blindly and does not expect money in return there might be a surplus, but that money then must be distributed between many people. If the program is set up as a pyramid scheme there is a chance that you will eventually make your money back, but it could take a long time and cost a lot.
